acts of civilization?

have u ever tried to put a straight face when the only thing that you want to do is to run off quickly in order to avoid a very awkward situation?

or perhaps being extra chatty just to cover your nervousness and playing like your the coolest person on earth to be able to handle awkward situations?

or maybe showing your sweetest smile when u actually feel like *^&^&**(*&(*( ??

i think i should just stop there without having to put more examples of having to show the repress emotions covered with an amazing act of civilization!

yeah..the tv show 'Moment of Truth' would come to your mind when it comes to telling the truth! and all the questions start with 'have you ever..??' ehmm..

well, forget about the tv show.. i should be covering the topic on 'an act of civilization' today..as this topic has been playing in my mind for days! so what so special about this topic that i badly want to write something about it? well, it of course has something to do that had happened earlier on this week and it has putting me off guard a little.

perhaps the feeling of insecurity, doubtful is still there. it's hard to admit but people can be very transparent sometimes without them realizing it. some would say, why put so much thought on it? it 'just' happened, it is 'just' this, it is 'just' that...! omg, i began to hate the word 'just'! why do the word 'just' exist anyway??

i think i better stop here before i keep on mumbling on this nonsense!

btw there are things that do cheer me up such as an outing with the kiddos and we were watching 'selamat pagi cinta'! uhuh.. yes another cheesy malay movie starring Que haidar, sharifah amani, pierre andre and etc.. and later on that day i was watching 'sepi' which took me 3 days to watch it! not a bad one tho! ehmm...omg, im running out of dvds aldy... huh

p/s: maybe another test from God..ehmm
