Passion

i'm picking this book out of curiosity! Dorian Gray has been mentioned quite a number of times in songs..(which i can't recall any of the songs at the moment) However, after getting hold of the book and had read almost half way through it, i just can't put it down! The idea of immortality and narcissism are obviously portrayed right from the beginning of the novel. I just can't wait to finish reading it and figure out the ending of the story! (dying to read the ending without having to read the whole book!hehehe)

ah..and of course relaxing on a Saturday afternoon without watching any movie would be a turn off! So, hubby and i decided to watch He's just not that into you!



another romantic movie (kinda). Love it although it is a bit slow. i would give it 8 out of 10. The transitions of the couples' conflicts were smooth and plot is interesting. Makes u wonder a little of the few statements made but of course as always 'with an exception'! :)

*a great way to spend the weekend is to have good books, good movie and a companion

All the good movies seems to be popping out of nowhere and this is one really highly, recommended movie to watch! However, for 18 and above only people! :D
So what's so special about this movie?
1) the plot - the endless humour that u can just fell off your chair laughing hysterically! :D
2) the actors! - it's not at all about their looks but their talent! They are awesome!
3) the themes - friendship, love - sounds like a typical romantic comedy but again thinking of the efforts to get a friend who understands you, who will be with you when u r down n out, to give honest opinions about u is really hard to find..is not an easy thing to do!

enough said, i enjoyed watching this movie so much with my beloved hubby. gotta watch it again, tho! till i can memorize the lines! :P :P

ah, i cant help but to mention about the fashion show! it was funny, the whole idea of doing it, is to have fun and indeed we are! only now i realized it was not easy to wear it! but i'm lucky to be able to wear it hahaha...a day as a Chindian! Love it, love it, love it! :D

The Lucky One

Had finished reading this book and it was another great book by Nicholas Sparks. An awesome breakaway to ignore the stress and worries that are piling up. For Sparks lover, go get it! It teaches us to be truthful and of course it always accompanied by feeling of wanting and wanted. What finally revealed was rather an unexpected incident that left one being speechless and has no idea what to do next. Being confused and the same time thrilled with the whole idea had made the lady at one point being completely lost and wishing that she is able to turn back the time to undo it all..
