Most of the time people get confuse with these two words - want and need.
Or shall i say people tend to pretend that they had forgotten the meaning of these two words?
Or purposely ignore how important these two words are?
So which one has to be fulfilled first?
The wants?
or
The needs?
Unconsciously most would say The Needs..but what we had been failed to recognize most of the time is how much wants we tend to fulfill. This has been 'ingrained' that we did not even consider thinking twice upon fulfilling the wants.
I guess it happened in such a way that we did not want to be indebted to anybody.
That we have to oblige to anyone.
It has brought to selfishness to oneself.
Or maybe to the extent of ignorance.
oh my, Both are negative?
Well, we shall be looking at it from the positive side that wanting does fulfilled one's desire...
yeah wanting would fall into fulfilling one's desire!
ah i think i should include this example of wanting..
say..went to Sasa and was wondering around the shop without having the intention to buy anything..however the word 'further mark down' has a great influence to one
and she finally went to the same rack twice. The sudden interest had sent some signal to the salesperson and as expected she had sprayed some and the smells lingered so heavenly and it is so hard to resist!!
so, the question here is..do one really Need it?
obviously the answer is No!
but then again, the deal is too hard to resist! one could have save extra bucks if one is to purchase it! it was the most miserable 15 minutes of contemplating whether to get it or not!
and the salesperson is so convincing in selling the product!
i *hate* her so much! that i finally said 'yes'!
any regret?
nope!
such an impulsive buyer!
instant response would be..i would personally say..
deep in my heart i would say i need this! although it is more to 'i want it for sake of having it' and i am getting an extremely good deal!
grin *wink wink*
again between needing and wanting!
they are similar in many ways. what makes it different are the priority and reason for each action made!
